1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gabjee ("gabjee", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gabjee website at https://gabjee.ws and all associated products, features, tools, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

gabjee reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts created in violation of these eligibility criteria are void from inception and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

3. Account Security and Access

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gabjee account credentials, including your username, password, and any security PIN or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify gabjee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. gabjee will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your account pending resolution. gabjee accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

gabjee may suspend or terminate your account access at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that your account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, including suspected fraudulent activity, suspected use of automated software, or breach of any applicable law.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals on the gabjee Platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. gabjee reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gabjee may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of this period.
• gabjee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or disqualify players found to be abusing bonus promotions.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds where both are present in your account, unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting a technical error in a promotion's configuration, or systematically placing low-risk wagers to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game engagement — will result in the disqualification of all associated bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with gabjee support within 14 days of the relevant game round completing. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated.

• gabjee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• gabjee is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment system downtime, natural disasters, or changes in applicable law.
• gabjee makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. Gambling involves risk of financial loss. gabjee does not guarantee any winnings or outcomes.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your gabjee account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, gabjee will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance (subject to standard verification requirements) and disable your account.

gabjee may suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• gabjee reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity on your account.
• Your account is associated with a money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal investigation.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of your account would expose gabjee to legal or regulatory risk.

In cases of termination for cause, gabjee reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are subsequently determined to be legitimate, they will be returned to a verified payment method in your name.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and entertainment services. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
